When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Due to the custom nature of our Services, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there is a technical failure in delivering your song. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your song if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
When you submit information to create a custom song, you grant us a license to use that information solely for the purpose of creating your song. You retain ownership of your original content.
Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use your custom song for personal purposes, including:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONG FROM MY HEART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
